Simran Kaur Mundi was crowned Femina Miss India Universe 2008 in Mumbai on 5th April 2008. She is the first runner-up of the Femina Miss India 2008 pageant. She is now representing India in Miss Universe 2008 which will be held in Diamond Bay Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 14, 2008. (Click to enlarge images)
She is a 22-year-old graduate from Mumbai who works with a cinema chain there. Her hobbies include: Listening to music, reading, writing poems, sketching and playing basketball.
Simran says “Indians have the potential to rule the world, we need to go ahead and prove just that. And I will come back with the crown.”
